Reign of the Supermen #181: Jerry Lewis

Source: Adventures of Jerry Lewis #105 (1968)
Type: ImpostorSo yeah, not only did Jerry Lewis have his own comic in the 60s, but it took place in the DC Universe! I guess he lived in the Metropolis suburbs too because his nephew was once selected to be interviewed by Clark Kent for a story on the Teen Menace. But since Lex Luthor had just weakened him with low-grade kryptonite, Clark was a bit sleepier, clumsier, slower and weaker than usual. That allows him to accidentally get wet, so he undresses in Jerry's bathroom before passing out. Jerry finds the uniform (and assumes Clark is a deeply deluded man) and hey, it fits!
Kinda. Then Luthor shows up to kill "Superman". Hilarity ensues! Good thing the Silver Age uniform is bullet proof, eh?

Bonus! This is the only comic in existence where you'll see the following: A drunk swallow flies into Clark Kent's mouth...
...and its feathers make Clark sneeze it into Jerry Lewis' witch housekeeper's head, restoring her lost memory.
Bet you didn't see that coming? Be honest!

The one thing you haven't explained is why Vartox is pointing a gun at Jerry Lewis on the cover.
