Doctor Who: RPG Cameos Addendum

This Monday, I talked about a couple of Doctor Who appearances in role-playing games not his own. SBG reader Tyler correctly pointed out there's at least one other. My forgetting it is inexcusable given that I own that third appearance as well! It's in GURPS Illuminati University (Steve Jackson Games, 1995), where a spoof character once again dons the 4th Doctor's scarf as Dr. What7. This member of the university faculty is well known for taking freshman girls into time and space (tsk, tsk) and could be a good opportunity for an off-campus adventure or to get rid of a pesky NPC (bye Mel!). The transcendental portapotty (the Public TOILET - Temporally Oscillating Interdimensional Lift with Endochronosynclastic Tendencies) is a bit heavy-handed, but that's what spoofing is all about. Let's just say that a Yeti in the Loo just became a lot more possible.
He's the Dean of the College of Temporal Happenstance, Ultimate Lies and Historical Undertakings (CTHULHU) and that "to the 7th power" represents the fact that there are 7 versions of him, and in 1995, there were! An interesting way to represent his regenerations, and you never know if you last saw him in his past or his future. Will he remember why he gave you an F?
Crunchy crunchy GURPS stats:
I think the Doctor could make a case for a higher IQ, I mean, come on! Big skill horse, though.

If the Doctor appears in anything else, let me know. It's starting to turn into a series.
